Fanavid has three ovens for armored glass, and the latter is design to manufacture glass for trucks and buses. Fanavid follows the constant search for growth and improves more and more professionals’ techniques and qualification.

Ballistic tunnel

Searching for solution proving the quality of its products at all times, Fanavid built a real “test field” for testing using armored glass. The ballistic tunnel is used for professionals testing the quality of the glass when subjected to various ammunitions with the severe parameters of power and speed specified by the standards.

Clean room

In order to meet the provisions of the ABNT standard, Fanavid Armored is assembled in a clean room with 1,000 particulates per m³ as a maximum. It may be compared with a room as clean as that used in optical companies, such as lens, optical fiber and high efficiency optical device companies.
